The Spark of Passion

When we started planning our brewery a few years ago spontaneous beer was the spark. Today we brought home our coolship. We can’t wait for the possibilities that this simple piece of equipment brings with it.  Along with our 20bbl Oak Foeders, our passion for mixed fermentation and spontaneous beer can be realized into beer for us all to enjoy.  A very exciting day.
